Ryan Thomas, Founder, CEO & President

Ryan has been in technology for 23 years and counting and has served as an executive in several large technology companies. Ryan currently serves as Area Vice President of Americas Commercial at Elastic. He is passionate about building teams, he is a transformational leader and has been tasked with leading teams that have contributed billions to the US economy. Ryan founded & started Wheeler’s because of his passion for the craft of distilling and he is also an avid rare bourbon collector. Ryan has an undergrad in Business Management and Administration from the University of Massachusetts. at Amherst. Ryan is a dad to two amazing kids and resides in Nolensville, TN. Brian Waller, COO

Initially, Brian joined Wheeler’s Raid as an investor and after seeing the investment of time and leadership he demonstrated, we asked Brian to take a more formal role. Brian will serve as our Chief Operating Officer and will oversee all aspects of our product operations including production, R&D, supply chain and inventory management. Brian is an established leader that has a track record of building teams, a long history of developing strong relationships and executive leadership. He currently serves as the Vice President, Global Issuer Sales & Partnerships at Verifi Inc, a Visa Company. Brian has also served in several other executive roles throughout his career. Emma Thomas, Director of Marketing

Emma is responsible for the company’s marketing and communication strategies, as well as the overall branding and design. Emma has been around since the beginning when we were going through the design process of our logos. While she was in college she interned with us as our community manager, managing all our social media accounts. After graduation, she joined our team full-time as our Director of Marketing. Anthony Amico, Co-Founder

Anthony has been a restauranteur for 30+ years and has owned, operated and sold several successful restaurants and throughout his 30-year career. Anthony has developed an advanced knowledge of operations and supply chain which has enabled him to profitably grow his business and create the success he enjoys today.
